Farmers Markets

Vendors Make It, Bake It, or Grow It

Farm fresh food, uniquely home-made products, arts and crafts – Farmer’s Markets offer the ultimate in shopping and support local. Peak season for Farmer’s Markets is summertime, but we have some local year-round markets with an excellent selection of quality vendors.

We've listed the larger markets in the region, some of the hamlets also organize seasonal markets. Farmer's markets sell everything from locally grown produce to unique crafts and gourmet delicacies. Everything is homegrown or homemade.

Fort Saskatchewan and Strathcona County have deep roots in agriculture and the area remains home to some world-class food producers. When you shop local, not only are you feeding your family the freshest food possible, but you are also supporting your neighbors and the people that help you make our community great. There's something pretty special about knowing where your food came from, even better if it's from the farm around the corner.
