  • 70 Acre Brew Co. - Upper level mezzanine available for parties up to 50 people. Food & beverage is delicious, won't go wrong there. *Note that the event space is upstairs with no elevator on site.
  • A Charmed Affair - Character and themed party rooms is included with their party packages - for up to 30 people.
  • Blush - Bright and beautiful event space, 3 different rooms available with space for up to 125 people. *Note that event space is upstairs with no elevator on site.
  • Broadmoor Golf Course - Beautiful venue in the heart of Sherwood Park. Ample parking, great big windows with views of the golf course, onsite catering, holds up to 200 guests. The food is typically great and the team is easy to work with.
  • Buffet Royale - Has a great private space suitable for 100-ish of your closest friends. AV equipment and a large screen is available - great set up for business lunches or dinners, large parties.
  • Café Haven – Charming little licensed café, a former bank, one of Sherwood Park's little hidden gems. Private space for up to 10 people in the vault room, or book the bistro for 20-80 people.
  • Caffrey's in the Park - They don't have a private room, but are quite accommodating if you need space for a party. Great prices and service for your food and beverage. An experienced team makes it easy to book your event.
  • Canadian Brewhouse Sherwood Park – Sports bar with upper level available for private rental - minimum # of guests required, or rental rates will apply. Reserved sections for smaller groups also available.
  • Crooked Mouth Pub (formerly Oscar's)– Private room up to 50 people. No cost to book the room. Long-standing, old English-style pub, dartboards located in the room and live music most weekends.
  • Hawke Prohibition Distilleries - Private space within the distillery available for rent, perfect spot for birthdays, business mixers or even a hockey watch party. Prices vary depending on timing and staff requirements. Contact them for details.
  • Headquarters Restaurant & Bar – Private room - central, near Festival Place, will accommodate up to 40 people. Typically, no cost to book the room, providing you are ordering food and beverage.
  • Polos Lounge - Private room, up to 78 people. A lovely space upstairs with great views, a private bar, AV setup and bathroom. Perfect for business meetings, mixers, retirement and birthday parties. *Note that the event space is upstairs with no elevator.
  • Remedy Cafe - With a motto like "Be spicy, drink chai", you know you are going to love it. Private space for rent above the coffee shop - catering supplied by Remedy, of course. *Elevator use is available for folks who can't do stairs.
  • Sherwood Bowl - Semi and private room rentals for small parties up to 18, or a banquet room up 72 people.
  • Strathcona County Museum and Archives - Our cute little museum is a fun setting for a private gathering - the team is really easy to work with, offering a large variety of accommodations and capacity of up to 100 guests.
  • Sumo Sumo - Two private party rooms and delicious food. As a bonus, you'll enjoy some of the best sushi in Sherwood Park.
  • The Makers Keep - Private room within their store to host a crafting or paint night, book club, or small birthday party (suitable for older children). Owner is open to ideas for hosting private parties.
  • The Other Place - Brought to you by the culinary geniuses at La Patrona, The Other Place just down the road has just opened their new venue space, can't wait to hear the reviews!
  • Vicky’s – Lovely intimate restaurant and wine bar in central Sherwood Park. Features a private room for up to 28 people. Free or charges apply depending on dates & times.
